SX Series -- Introduction

The structure of the SX series is similar to the RB series. It features a two-piece split outer ring connected by three circlips and a one-piece inner ring design, making it suitable for applications requiring high rotational accuracy of the inner ring.

SX Series -- Applications

The SX series features a smaller cross-section than the RB series for the same shaft diameter. Due to its ultra-thin design, the outer and inner rings do not have mounting holes, requiring flanges and support seats for installation. It is suitable for applications with inner ring rotation. Consequently, it is ideal for a wide range of uses including industrial robot joints and rotary parts, rotary tables on machining centers, robotic arm rotation units, precision rotary tables, medical equipment, measuring instruments, and IC manufacturing equipment.

SX Series -- Specification

This model of crossed cylindrical roller bearing is designed based on the deep groove ball bearing 618 series. The cylindrical rollers are arranged at 90° angles in a 1:1 cross configuration between two 90° V-shaped raceways. The inner ring features a one-piece structure, while the outer ring is split into upper and lower axial sections connected circumferentially by three connecting rings. There are no sealing rings between the inner and outer rings
