RW Series -- Introduction
The RW series double-row angular contact roller bearings are integral slewing rings with a one-piece inner and outer ring design. They feature high rigidity and high rotational accuracy. The inner and outer rings are equipped with mounting holes for easy installation.
RW Series -- Applications
The RW series double-row angular contact roller bearings utilize a double-raceway structure based on the crossed cylindrical roller principle. The inner and outer rings are of integral construction. Within each row, the rollers are arranged in a single direction, but the two rows themselves are oriented 90° apart and housed in two corresponding 90° V-shaped raceways. Mounting holes on the end faces of the inner and outer rings facilitate direct face mounting. This product serves as an integral slewing ring support with high rigidity and high rotational accuracy. The inclusion of mounting holes in both rings simplifies the installation process. Compared to the RU series crossed roller bearings, the RW series offers higher rigidity, greater load capacity, and lower torque.

Crossed Roller Bearings - Product Classification
RB Type (Split Outer Ring, Inner Ring Rotation)
The RB crossed roller bearing is the standard model of cross cylindrical roller bearings. It features a compact design with small inner and outer ring dimensions. Its structure incorporates a split outer ring and a one-piece inner ring, making it suitable for applications requiring high rotational accuracy of the inner ring.
RA Type (Split Outer Ring, Inner Ring Rotation)
This series is a compact version derived from the RB type by reducing the wall thickness of both the inner and outer rings. It is designed for applications demanding lightweight and compact components, such as the rotating parts of robots and robotic arms.
RU Type (Integrated Inner & Outer Rings)
This series comes with pre-machined mounting holes, eliminating the need for separate fixing flanges and support seats. Furthermore, its integrated inner and outer ring structure (with housing) has minimal impact on performance, enabling stable rotational accuracy and torque. It can be used for both outer ring and inner ring rotation.
CRBH Type (Integrated Inner & Outer Rings)
The CRBH series features a one-piece structure for both the inner and outer rings and is designed for both outer ring and inner ring rotation.
RW Double Row Type (Integrated Inner & Outer Rings)
This model features a double-row raceway structure based on the crossed cylindrical roller principle. The inner and outer rings are of integral construction. Each row contains rollers arranged in a single direction (non-crossed within the row), but the two rows themselves are oriented 90° apart, housed within two corresponding 90° V-shaped raceways. Mounting holes on the end faces of the inner and outer rings facilitate direct face mounting.
SX Type (Split Outer Ring)
The structure of the SX series is similar to the RB series. It features a two-piece split outer ring connected by three circlips (retaining rings) and a one-piece inner ring. It is suitable for applications requiring high rotational accuracy of the inner ring.
XU and XSU Types (Integrated Inner & Outer Rings)
These two types of crossed cylindrical roller bearings feature integrated one-piece inner and outer rings, allowing for direct face mounting.
RE Type (Split Inner Ring, Outer Ring Rotation)
This series is a new type derived from the design concept of the RB type, sharing its main dimensions. Its structure consists of a split inner ring and a one-piece outer ring, making it suitable for applications requiring high rotational accuracy of the outer ring.
