With approximately 20 years of bearing manufacturing experience, Rock Precision Engineering provides high-precision bearings, special-condition solutions and drawing-based manufacturing support for customers worldwide.

Common Questions

01

What types of bearings do you manufacture?

We manufacture crossed roller bearings, precision rotary table bearings, precision cylindrical roller bearings, angular contact ball bearings, electrically insulated bearings, thin-section bearings, and various non-standard and custom bearings. Our products serve machine tools, industrial robots, motors, generators, automation equipment and precision machinery.

02

How much bearing manufacturing experience do you have?

We have approximately 20 years of experience in bearing manufacturing and machining. Our capabilities cover bearing forgings, turning, grinding, rolling elements, assembly and inspection, with experience ranging from components to complete precision bearing solutions.

03

Which precision grades can you provide?

Depending on the bearing structure and application requirements, we can provide P6, P5, P4 and P2 precision grades. For high-precision products, key control points may include dimensional tolerances, rotational accuracy, clearance, preload, vibration, noise and surface quality.

04

Do you support OEM, drawing-based and non-standard production?

Yes. Customers may provide drawings, samples, technical specifications or operating conditions. We can evaluate the required dimensions, structure, material, heat treatment, precision, clearance, preload, cage, sealing and lubrication method, then develop a suitable production and inspection plan.

05

What types of electrically insulated bearings do you offer?

We can provide outer-ring ceramic-coated, inner-ring ceramic-coated and hybrid ceramic electrically insulated bearings. Common structures include deep groove ball bearings and NU series cylindrical roller bearings. These solutions help block shaft current and reduce electrical erosion, pitting, fluting, lubricant deterioration, vibration and premature bearing failure.

Product Capability and Cooperation

06

What structures and applications are available for thin-section bearings?

We can provide radial contact, angular contact and four-point contact thin-section bearings. Their compact cross-section, low weight and reduced installation space make them suitable for industrial robots, precision rotary tables, medical equipment, optical instruments, automation equipment and aerospace mechanisms.

07

How do you ensure bearing quality?

We control and inspect raw materials, heat treatment, hardness, dimensional accuracy, geometric accuracy, clearance, rotational accuracy, surface quality, vibration, noise and assembly condition. For precision, insulated or custom products, additional inspections and quality records can be provided according to customer requirements.

08

Can you provide samples for testing before mass production?

Yes. For new projects, customized bearings or first-time cooperation, samples can be arranged for dimensional confirmation, equipment testing, precision inspection or performance verification. After sample approval, mass production will be arranged according to the final technical requirements.

09

Which industries use your bearing products?

Our products are used in CNC machine tools, industrial robots, precision rotary tables, motors, generators, wind power equipment, automated production lines, medical equipment, construction machinery, metallurgical equipment and high-end industrial transmission systems.

10

Why choose Rock Precision Engineering?

We focus on stable quality, manufacturing precision, technical matching and long-term cooperation rather than competing only on price. With approximately 20 years of manufacturing experience, an established machining system, P6 to P2 precision capability and expertise in precision, insulated, thin-section and custom bearings, we provide solutions matched to actual operating conditions.
